The card is headlined by a Featherweight semifinal between the top-ranked Bubba Jenkins and surprise finalist Jesus Pinedo. Jenkins enters his third straight PFL Playoffs looking to take it one step further and win the Championship after falling short in the 2022 Finals. Across from him is PFL newcomer Jesus Pinedo, who earnt his spot in the Playoffs with a stunning first-round upset knockout of defending Champion Brendan Loughnane.

The other Featherweight semifinal taking place at PFL 7 is between the undefeated Gabriel Alves Brage and PFL veteran Chris Wade. Braga earnt his place in the Playoffs with two impressive victories over Pinedo and Marlon Moraes and was expected to face Movlid Khaybulaev before Khaybulaev pulled out with an injury. In his place, Wade stepped up to enter his fifth PFL Playoffs and face Braga.

In the Light Heavyweight tournament, the number one-ranked Josh Silveira looks to continue his finish streak when he takes on the experienced Ty Flores at PFL 7. The other Light Heavyweight semifinal features former Cage Warriors Light Heavyweight Championship challenger Marthin Hamlet taking on UFC veteran Impa Kasanganay, who has looked in career-best form since entering the PFL.
