PFL 4 features the second 2023 regular season bouts in the Featherweight and Light Heavyweight divisions. In the PFL 4 main event, the 2022 PFL Featherweight Champion Brendan Loughnane will look to maintain his spot atop the Featherweight rankings when he faces the experienced Jesus Pinedo.

Due to several failed drug tests stemming from PFL 1, the fight card has faced several changes, with replacement fighters stepping into both divisions. The PFL 4 co-main event now features a Featherweight matchup between 2021 PFL Featherweight Champion Movlid Khaybulaev and UFC veteran Tyler Diamond. Both men would consider themselves amongst the biggest threats to Loughnane.

The third featherweight bout of the main card involves last year’s Featherweight finalist Bubba Jenkins who faces Sung Bin Jo, who steps into the tournament on short notice. The rest of the main card features two Light Heavyweight matchups, with Marthin Hamlet taking on Sam Kei and Josh Silveira facing Delan Monte.

With 2022 PFL Light Heavyweight Champion Rob Wilkinson, and fellow Light Heavyweights Thiago Santos, Krzysztof Jotko and Will Felury, testing positive, the rest of the division has an excellent opportunity to make a statement and secure their spot in the 2023 PFL finals.

The PFL 4 featured preliminary bout sees former WSOF Bantamweight Champion and UFC Bantamweight Championship title challenger Marlon Moraes look to break a six-fight losing streak against Gabrial Alves Braga. Moraes lost his opening bout of the 2023 PFL season against Loughnane, while the undefeated Braga scored a split-decision victory over headliner Pinedo.

The rest of the prelims feature some notable names, including Chris Wade facing Ryoji Kudo, Impa Kasanganay taking on Tim Caron, Daniel Spohn facing Ty Flores, and Andrew Sanchez taking on Taylor Johnson.
