The KSW 89 main event features a historic KSW Welterweight Championship bout between reigning Champion Adrian Bartosinski and KSW Featherweight and Lightweight Champion Salahdine Parnasse. If victorious this weekend, Parnasse would make history as the first fighter to hold titles in three weight classes simultaneously in a major MMA promotion.

Still only 26, Parnasse is arguably the best fighter outside the major American promotions. He claimed the Featherweight title in 2019 and became a double champ last year by winning the Lightweight belt. The undefeated Bartosinski is an outstanding prospect himself, with a record of 14-0-0 that includes not having gone to the judge’s scorecards since his second career bout. Bartosinski claimed the KSW Welterweight Championship in April with a first-round knockout of Artur Szczepaniak. He faces the most challenging fight possible against Parnasse in his first title defence.
